📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery information and ensuring availability to receive the delivery.

Delivery may not be completed due to:

Incorrect shipping address
Incorrect phone number
Incomplete or inaccessible address
Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
Unsafe delivery conditions

💥 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please:

Take clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- Damaged products
- Any affected items

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your delivery so that we can investigate the issue with the courier where necessary.

We will review your case and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within the European Union only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the EU.

💶 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, no additional customs duties normally apply.

For exceptional cross-border cases, any applicable customs charges or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

🎁 Free Delivery & Parcel Policy

Free delivery is based on both the minimum order value applicable to the delivery country and the total parcel weight.

📦 Free Shipping Allowance

Once the applicable free-delivery threshold for your country is reached, free shipping covers:

1 parcel up to a maximum weight of 31kg.

If an order requires additional parcels due to its total weight, size, or quantity, additional shipping charges may apply.

The applicable free-delivery threshold depends on the destination country as listed in the Shipping & Delivery section above.

⚖️ Weight & Parcel Rules

Maximum weight per parcel: 31kg
Orders above 31kg may be divided into multiple parcels
Free delivery covers the applicable free parcel allowance
Additional parcels may incur additional shipping charges
Heavy or bulky products such as rice, atta, flour and other large grocery items may require additional parcels
The number of parcels is determined according to the total weight, size and safe packing requirements of the order

Where applicable, additional shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

🔄 Order Changes & Adjustments

If your order changes after placement — for example, because an item becomes unavailable, is removed, replaced or refunded — your shipping eligibility may need to be recalculated.

This means:

Free shipping eligibility may be recalculated
Total parcel weight may be recalculated
The number of required parcels may change
Additional shipping charges may apply if the updated order no longer meets the applicable free-delivery requirements

Where an adjustment is required, you may choose to:

✔ Add additional items
✔ Continue with the updated order
✔ Cancel the order

We will inform you before proceeding if an additional payment or significant order adjustment is required.
