📦 Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once your order is successfully placed, we will process and dispatch it within 1–2 working days.

After dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from orders@desirashan.com containing your tracking details.

We deliver across the European Union using trusted courier partners:

DHL
Austrian Post
GLS

The courier service will be selected automatically based on your delivery location to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery experience.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

📦 Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring availability to receive the delivery.

Delivery may not be completed due to:

Incorrect shipping address
Incorrect phone number
Incomplete or inaccessible address
Recipient unavailable at delivery time
Unsafe delivery conditions

Please note: Additional re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

💥 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing items:

Take clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- Damaged or missing products
Email us at info@desirashan.com
Include your order number

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within the European Union only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the EU.

💶 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For exceptional cross-border cases, any applicable customs charges or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

🚚 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery country
Order value
Total parcel weight

The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment.

🎁 Free Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery based on order value and parcel weight.

Free Shipping Allowance:

For every €49 spent, you receive 1 free shipping allowance (up to 31kg).

Each allowance covers one parcel only.

Examples:

€49 → Free shipping for 1 parcel (up to 31kg)
€98 → Free shipping for 2 parcels (up to 62kg total)
€147 → Free shipping for 3 parcels (up to 93kg total)

⚖️ Weight & Parcel Rules

Maximum parcel weight: 31kg
Orders above 31kg may be split into multiple parcels
Additional parcels may incur shipping charges if not covered by free shipping allowances

🔄 Order Changes & Adjustments

If your order changes after placement (for example: an item becomes unavailable or is removed):

Free shipping eligibility may be recalculated
Additional shipping charges may apply if the updated order no longer meets the free shipping requirements

You may choose to:

✔ Add additional items
✔ Continue with the updated order
✔ Cancel the order

We will always inform you before proceeding.
