Aekshea Desi Makai Atta, also known as Maize Flour, Corn Flour or Makki Atta, is a traditional flour made from ground maize. It has a characteristic yellow colour, slightly sweet corn flavour and rustic texture, making it a popular ingredient in North Indian cuisine, particularly Punjabi cooking.

Best known for preparing the traditional Punjabi favourite Makki di Roti, which is commonly served with Sarson da Saag. Makai Atta can also be used for making corn-based flatbreads and a variety of traditional savoury recipes.
