Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce is a rich, thick, and deeply flavoured condiment made from fermented soybeans. It has a darker colour and slightly sweeter, more intense taste compared to regular soy sauce, making it ideal for enhancing colour and depth in noodles, fried rice, stir-fries, and marinades.
