Bharat Harvest Sattu Flour is a traditional Indian flour made from roasted gram (chana) and is known for its distinctive roasted, nutty flavour. Popular especially in North Indian cuisine, sattu is a versatile pantry ingredient that can be used in both savoury and sweet preparations.
Perfect for preparing Sattu Paratha, Sattu Sharbat, Litti, Sattu Roti, Chilla and traditional drinks. It can also be mixed with water or milk and combined with spices, lemon, salt or sugar according to your preferred recipe.
