🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

At Desi Rashan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

⏱️ Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

After this period, we are unable to process returns or refunds.

✅ Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The product is defective or not suitable for consumption at the time of delivery

⚠️ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• It must be in the original packaging
• It must be returned in the same condition as received

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken seals
• Items close to or past their best-before date (if disclosed)
• Products purchased on sale or special promotion

💶 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email confirmation
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

🚚 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit:

• We will either resend the order or
• Issue a full refund, depending on the situation

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Damaged
• Defective
