Tata Sampann Urid Whole, also known as Whole Urad Dal, Sabut Urad or Whole Black Gram, is a popular Indian pulse with a rich, earthy flavour and creamy texture when cooked. It is widely used in traditional North Indian cooking and is especially popular for preparing slow-cooked, rich and flavourful dals.

This convenient 2-pack contains two 1 kg packs, giving you 2 kg in total. Perfect for families and regular use, it is ideal for preparing Dal Makhani, Maa Ki Dal, Punjabi Sabut Urad Dal, Urad Curry and other traditional Indian dishes.

Ingredients: 100% Whole Urad (Black Gram).
